We are seeking a responsible, calm, and caring professional who enjoys supporting others, to accompany a lady with aphasia—a condition that impairs verbal expression and may occasionally cause episodes of confusion. Key responsibilities: • Daily support with basic personal care and hygiene • Preparation of simple meals and assistance during mealtimes • Accompaniment for short outings and occasional walks • Providing a safe, stable, and welcoming environment Working hours (subject to adjustment): • Monday: hours to be agreed upon • Tuesday: 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. • Wednesday: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. • Thursday: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. • Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Occasional weekend support (Saturday or Sunday) may be requested, depending on the caregiver’s availability. Estimated weekly workload: approximately 20 hours, adjustable as needed. Conditions: • Monthly remuneration up to €700, depending on experience and agreed-upon schedule • Location of support: Parede, Cascais municipality Desired profile: • Prior experience working with elderly individuals or people with cognitive impairments is considered an asset • Patient, empathetic, organized, and trustworthy individual • Ability to provide basic care and maintain daily routines • Flexibility to accommodate minor schedule adjustments when necessary
