If you are looking for a challenge where your work influences top-level decisions and directly contributes to business growth and efficiency, then this is ‘THE’ opportunity for you. **The Challenge We Offer You** * Active participation in a team that interacts directly with the Board of Directors; * Development and analysis of management control dashboards, performance indicators (KPIs), and decision-support dashboards; * Support in budget preparation, financial closing, forecasting, and cost control; * Preparation of internal presentations for various business areas and for senior management; * In-depth analysis of financial statements, trial balances, and operational results; * Production of operational and performance support reports and models; * Identification of improvement opportunities across cross-functional processes; * Participation in continuous improvement and digitalization projects—from workflow design to functional requirements gathering; * Suggestion of methodologies that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
