**Supervisor of Prefabricated Concrete Element Assembly (M/F)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination and supervision of on-site assembly teams; * Planning and control of installation activities for prefabricated concrete elements (beams, columns, panels, slabs, among others); * Ensuring compliance with defined safety, quality, and deadline requirements; * Verifying correct interpretation of assembly and detail drawings; * Liaising with site management, suppliers, crane operators, and transportation teams to ensure efficient operational flow; * Daily monitoring of work execution, ensuring conformity with technical specifications and applicable standards. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Proven experience of at least 10 years in assembling prefabricated concrete structures; * Proficiency in lifting and assembly procedures, including safe operation of lifting equipment; * Leadership, coordination, and multidisciplinary team management skills; * Accuracy, sense of responsibility, and strong results orientation; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design documents; * Valid driver's license; * Availability for national mobility; * Computer literacy; * Knowledge of drawing software (desirable).
