As part of our dynamic growth and expansion into the Portuguese market, we are looking for a Business Development \& Delivery Manager. This is a key role that combines business development, operations, and client delivery \-ideal for someone who wants to have a real impact and help build Helprise’s presence in a new market from the ground up. Key Responsibilities **Business Development – Iberia Market:** * Establish and grow Helprise’s presence in Portugal and Spain. * Acquire new clients across Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Consulting services. * Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms of cooperation. * Analyse the market, identify opportunities, and build long\-term business relationships. **Delivery \& Operations:** * Coordinate recruitment and outsourcing project delivery. * Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service quality. * Supervise employees assigned to client projects and support them in daily matters. * Collaborate closely with the Polish operations team (HR, payroll, recruitment, administration). * Manage local administrative processes and support operational setup in Portugal. **Recruitment:** * Independently run selected recruitment processes. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local candidates. * Present candidate recommendations and support clients throughout the recruitment process. **Market \& Structure Development:** * Support the development of local structures as the market grows. * Report results, propose improvements, and contribute to strategic expansion. * Opportunity to grow the role into Head of Portugal in the future. **Requirements:** * 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Recruitment, Outsourcing, or Professional Services. * Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and local business environment, and basic knowledge of Spain labor market * Existing network of business contacts in Portugal. * Proven experience in client management and project delivery. * High level of independence, proactivity, and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills and a strong client\-focused mindset. * Very good command of English and Spanish. **Benefits:** * Opportunity to build Helprise’s presence in Portugal from scratch. * High autonomy and real influence on the direction of market development. * Strong operational support from the Polish team and access to global company resources. * A professional development path towards the Head of Portugal role as the business expands. * A friendly, partnership\-driven culture built on trust and accountability.
