We aim to place difference at the heart of our lives and cities, fostering encounters and changing perspectives on difference. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Reporting to the Operations Director of the Joyeux Café-Restaurant network in Portugal, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing all restaurant operations to ensure excellence in customer service, product and service quality, team motivation, business profitability, and compliance with legal regulations and shopping center management requirements. * Supporting young adults with various forms of differences in developing their talents and skills as a means of societal inclusion, enabling them to have employment, an autonomous, happy, and fulfilling life within their uniqueness. **YOUR JOYEUX PROFILE:** * Minimum qualifications at secondary/technical education level, with higher education in Management, Hospitality, or related fields being an advantage; * At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role; * Proactive individual with genuine talent in motivating people and capable of projecting your dynamism onto the team; * Sensitive to differences, empathetic, attentive to others, and able to convey values of joy and sharing.
