





We are looking for a **dynamic, experienced and proactive Manager** to lead the operation of **two restaurant businesses**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, resource optimization, team leadership and the sustained growth of each restaurant unit. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise daily operations of the two restaurant units; * Coordinate and motivate teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment; * Control costs, manage inventory and ensure business profitability; * Ensure high standards of customer service quality; * Implement marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with management; * Carry out scheduling and human resource management; * Manage relationships with suppliers and partners; * Analyze performance reports and propose operational improvements. **Ideal candidate profile:** * Proven experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years); * Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills; * Fluency in **English and French** (eliminatory criterion); * Flexibility and availability to work flexible hours (including **weekends and holidays** and during **operational managers' vacations**); * Strong results orientation and focus on customer satisfaction; * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively; * **Own vehicle** (preferable), for necessary job-related travel. **We offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing project; * Management autonomy and room for innovation; * Competitive salary package, adjusted according to demonstrated experience; * Opportunity for continuous professional development.
