It is currently recruiting a Team Leader with the following characteristics and conditions: \- Full time; \- Shift: 14:30 to 23:00. Functions and Responsibilities: \* Task delegation; \* Ability to perform surface grinding/preparation (e.g. removal of paints, scale, varnishes, rust, welding spatter, deburring, brushing, ..., including masking/protection of holes and/or threaded areas); \* Supervision and monitoring; \* Report any anomalies; \* Implement improvement actions; \* Ensure good environmental practices; \* Provide constructive feedback. Requirements: \* Knowledge in chemistry and/or mechanics, or similar fields; \* Resilience to handle unexpected events and/or deviations; \* Proficiency in information technology (E\-mail, Excel, PowerPoint, ....)
