We are expanding our team in the Northern Region and seeking a Supervision Director for a highly relevant project in Valença, scheduled to begin on 01/01/2026 with an estimated duration of 476 days. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervising and overseeing contract execution, ensuring technical and legal compliance. * Coordinating on-site teams and liaising with involved entities. * Preparing technical reports and monitoring quality indicators. * Ensuring adherence to deadlines, standards, and contractual requirements. **What we expect from you:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Compliance with Decree-Law No. 1379/2009, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Category III construction projects. * Proven experience in construction supervision and management. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and assertive decision-making ability. * Solid knowledge of the Public Contracts Code (PCC) and applicable regulations. **Conditions offered:** * 100% assignment to the Valença project. * Shared vehicle with CSO. * Collaborative environment and high-impact projects within the sector.
