This position combines detailed cleaning with physical maintenance and logistics work. It is ideal for someone with "a knack for repairs", energy for change, and who seeks financial stability. Location and Mobility Area of operation: Various locations in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. Main focus: Areeiro area. Requirement: Availability to travel between different properties during the day according to needs is required. Responsibilities and Challenges This role demands versatility. Tasks are divided between thorough cleaning and heavy maintenance: 1. Cleaning and Organization: Complete hygiene of apartments and houses (interiors, bathrooms, kitchens). Management of bed linens and stock control. Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor spaces (gardens and swimming pools). 2. Advanced Maintenance and DIY: Perform demanding repairs requiring the use of power tools (drills, screwdrivers, sanders, etc.). Troubleshoot household faults and perform preventive maintenance. 3. Logistics and Handling: Assembly and disassembly of furniture. Carry out minor moves and transport equipment between apartments. Note: This role involves physical effort and the ability to carry heavy objects. Training and Experience We Provide Training: We teach all technical procedures related to cleaning, maintenance, and assembly. If you are eager to learn, we will invest in you. Experience Valued: Candidates with prior experience in civil construction, moving services, building maintenance, or furniture assembly will be preferred. Conditions Offered Remuneration: 1,200€ per month. Contract Type: Service Provision (Green Receipts) – Full-time. Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (rotating days off).
