It was powered on only once, and I realized it does not meet my needs—specifically, increasing the font size. The current font size is standard for a phone of this type, but I required one that could enlarge the text to a large size, which this device cannot do. For this reason, I turned it off and placed it back into its original box. My mistake was indeed not requesting to test it in-store before purchasing it. Therefore, this is a brand-new phone, still in its original box, complete with all original accessories, exactly as received upon purchase.
