Specialist and help shape the future of Consumer engagement. In this strategic role, you’ll invent and manage innovative retention programs that balance creativity with compliance, using data\-driven insights and cross\-functional collaboration. You’ll lead initiatives like Trade\-In, Loyalty and Next\-Best\-Action to boost Consumer lifetime value within complex legal frameworks. We’re looking for a proactive thinker who can define program strategy, evaluate impact, and continuously optimize for better results. If you're passionate about driving measurable impact and growing in a dynamic, inclusive environment—we’d love to hear from you. **Your ‘day to day’** * **Design, launch \& improve Consumer retention programs:** Architect new consumer retention programs (i.e. loyalty initiatives) that align with regulatory boundaries and aim to increase consumer engagement \& experience. Some examples of past and present consumer programs under management: Trade\-In, Loyalty, Device End\-Of\-Life and Next\-Best\-Action platform * **Identify \& understand Consumer pain points and desires:** Based on market research, consumer and commercial information, identify most important pain points and Consumer desires to be addressed to reduce abandonment and improve consumer experience. i.e.: device issues such as warranty, replacement or consumable issues, such as picking appropriate category or brand. * **Adjust existing or create new Consumer programs:** Ensure that the solutions offered by our Consumer programs align with the identified pain points and desires. This involves defining eligibility, repurchase price, products, and the channels through which a program can address consumer issues. You will deliver and manage these programs from start to finish, bringing this hypothetical program to life. * **Test \& Refine Consumer programs:** Use data\-driven experimentation such as A/B testing to validate assumptions, refine your value proposition, and respond to consumer feedback and behaviour. * **Program** **ROI Tracking**: Monitor performance metrics including retention, engagement, and financial return. Present insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations. * **Project Management**: Lead cross\-functional teams through planning, execution, and iteration. Ensure timelines, resources, and compliance are managed effectively. * **Manage NBA Platform**: Ensure NBA Platform is up \& running every day, raising tickets, answering questions from end users and improving the process to reduce operational effort to keep platform live. * Work alongside with SFP, CX, Market Insights \& Analytics and BI departments in order to improve the level of analysis and data quality; * You will also supervise an intern to help you deliver your targets. **Who we’re looking for** * University degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Economics or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in developing or deploying B2C loyalty and engagement programs, particularly within regulated industries and delivered through different channels Retail, Remote or Digital. * Strong problem\-solving and logical reasoning abilities with practical experience in A/B testing, consumer segmentation, and analyzing campaign return on investment. * Demonstrated proficiency in project management, consistently delivering cross\-functional projects, adept at operating in a fast\-paced setting with evolving conditions. * Advanced communication skills, including storytelling to engage diverse audiences, structuring complex problems for clarity, and visually presenting data to support decision\-making. * Knowledge of MS Office: master of Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience as business analyst experience required, either in an in\-house role or strategic consulting would be advantageous. * Familiarity with BI Tools like SQL and Power BI would be advantageous. * Proficient in spoken and written English and Portuguese. * EU citizenship or a valid work permit is required for working in Portugal. **What we offer** * Permanent local contract, with a competitive salary plus Tabaqueira’s employee benefits including: * Life and Health insurance; * Pension Plan; * Education allowance * A challenging work environment, with great development opportunities. * Growing and development opportunity within the Company.
