





**About the Client** Our client provides specialized quality consulting services for the automotive industry, with a strong focus on supplier quality support. Their services include inspection, sorting, rework, engineering support, quality containment, and technical training. Their mission is to ensure product compliance, improve supplier performance, and maintain reliability across international markets. **Role Overview** The Quality Technician will act as the client’s representative within the customer’s plant. You will support daily supplier quality activities, monitor reported issues, and ensure accurate communication and follow\-up. **Key Responsibilities** * Attend daily meetings with the customer to review feedback, CSR status, and ongoing quality concerns. * Validate and communicate supplier quality issues, providing detailed reports to internal stakeholders. * Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports. * Conduct genba checks to verify issues at the production site and support corrective actions. * Perform inspection and additional supplier quality support tasks as required. **Required Skills \& Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of automotive quality methodologies: 6 Core Tools, QFD, DOE, GBD, QCC, Six Sigma, AQL, etc. * Understanding of PDCA and continuous improvement principles. * Strong communication, teamwork, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to use basic measurement instruments (digital calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment with lessons\-learned application. * Familiarity with quality software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) is a plus. **Language Requirements** * Portuguese and English — both written and spoken are essential.
