We have developed the **Future Program** to provide recent graduates with the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the operations of an internationally recognized bank, develop their professional competencies, and enhance their future employability. The internships last 12 months, include mentoring by a tutor, and offer a paid internship stipend. Candidates will have the opportunity to experience a bank branch and its daily operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Economics and Finance; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal warmth; * Resilience and ability to work in a demanding environment; * Team spirit, proactivity, enthusiasm, and optimism.
