In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when needed. * Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. * Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. * Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. * Meet individual and team KPIs, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
