Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service (M/F) to join a leading company in Prior Velho, Lisbon area: \- Telephone, in-person, and email customer support; \- Clarifying customer inquiries regarding products, services, and processes; \- Effectively and empathetically resolving issues and complaints; \- Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction; \- Follow\-up on pending quotes and orders; \- Onboarding new customers, ensuring a positive initial experience; \- Re-engaging inactive customers; \- Prospecting potential clients; \- 12th grade or equivalent course (preferential); \- Relevant professional training in the field; * Stability and career development prospects; * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
