Key responsibilities include: * Negotiate financial terms of collaboration with sales points (PDV), securing agreements aligned with BNPP PF's interests to ensure production volume and profitability. * Activate and retain the PDV portfolio to ensure continuous and consistent financing operations. * Acquire new sales points (PDV) by identifying business opportunities, conducting prospecting activities, and processing affiliations. * Perform qualitative portfolio monitoring by analyzing performance indicators, issuing alerts, and planning improvement actions to ensure healthy production and compliance with established risk targets. * Conduct partner risk assessments in accordance with the Bank's compliance procedures, including Commitment and Accountability Terms, vehicle endorsements, and stock credit lines, which may involve physical stock audits, and define action plans to address irregularities. * Promote the sale of complementary products and encourage good commercial practices from a Financing and Insurance perspective. * Plan and conduct in-person visits, participate in review meetings, and deliver training sessions for partners, providing close follow-up to share information and knowledge, evaluate implemented actions' success, and ensure partnership quality. * Prepare and produce activity reports, analyzing performance indicators to enable monitoring of actions and results. * Participate in meetings with area managers and team members to report results, analyze and discuss trends and deviations, share market and competitive intelligence, and identify action plans. * Collaborate with other teams to develop point-of-sale financing communication through customized layouts, enhancing production acquisition.
