We are hiring – Driver for Company Van (Light Commercial Vehicle) for last-mile deliveries of packages from AliExpress/Temu. We are looking for a responsible and dynamic driver to operate a company light commercial van on a service-provision basis, with immediate start. We offer: ✔ Salary between 1450€ and 1750€; ✔ Base remuneration of 500€/month; ✔ 0.35€ per completed delivery (between 750€ and 950€ per month); ✔ Continuous and stable work; ✔ Opportunity to collaborate with a professional team. Requirements: ✅ Guarantee a minimum of 100 completed deliveries per day, every day; ✅ We only hire drivers who consistently achieve the minimum target (100 packages) daily. This minimum target is guaranteed by the company, but we give preference to drivers who set and meet higher daily targets (e.g., 120/130/140 packages every day); ✅ Valid driving license (Category B); ✅ Organizational and time-management skills; ✅ Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday; ✅ Sense of responsibility and punctuality; ✅ Self-employed status (receipt-based invoicing); ✅ Ability and profile to perform 2 hours daily of package sorting for the entire team. This activity takes place at the morning dispatch at 7:30 a.m., together with your team’s Fleet Manager. All payments are made monthly; payroll closes on the last day of the month, and full-time collaborators receive payment on the 5th of the following month, via receipt-based invoice.
