Chef for Restaurant Borgonha Sabores
Borgonha Sabores is recruiting an experienced chef/cook/chef de cuisine for its team. Our venue is located at the heart of Quinta da Borgonha, where our animals produce the milk used in making our cheeses and ice creams. At our restaurant, the chef incorporates into dishes only what we have on the estate: seasonal vegetables and fruits from our orchard and vegetable garden, our meat, and, of course, our cheese, our milk, and our ice creams… the sky’s the limit for creating flavorful dishes.
We seek a creative and passionate individual who loves the art of fine cooking to join our team. Collaboration in designing concise yet high-quality menus throughout the year—appetizers and executive dishes—simple, creative, and full of flavor, based exclusively on products grown and produced on our estate. The candidate must assist in kitchen management, possess knowledge of HACCP regulations, and prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations. Teamwork and strong communication skills are essential.

We offer the indicated gross base salary stated in this posting, plus performance-based bonuses tied to agreed-upon objectives.
