This role is not just about “building beautiful interfaces”—it’s about delivering solutions that are usable, consistent, and reliable on a day\-to\-day basis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop web interfaces for internal applications; * Collaborate with backend developers and business stakeholders; * Improve usability and user experience; * Ensure consistency across applications (components, patterns, UX); * Contribute to frontend technical design decisions. **A key part of this role is translating business complexity into simple interfaces.** ### **Minimum Requirements** **️ What We’re Looking For** **Technical Foundation** * Minimum 3 years of frontend development experience (React, Angular, or equivalent); * Solid proficiency in HTML / CSS / JavaScript; * Experience integrating with REST APIs; * Understanding of performance, accessibility, and UI best practices; **More important than technical skills, we seek someone who demonstrates:** * Attention to detail; * Practical thinking—avoiding overengineering; * Focus on real-world usability (not just code). **➕ Nice-to-Have** * Higher education degree in IT or related field; * Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, Sitecore, Drupal); * Exposure to design systems or component libraries; * Experience in regulated environments, especially in finance / online banking. **At BiG, we evolve through everyone’s input.
