You will monitor financial transactions, operational risks, key indicators, and reporting activities. **MAIN MISSION** To support the control of financial operations by identifying potential breaches, reducing operational and fraud risks, and ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze financial transactions and identify potential breaches. * Monitor operational and fraud risks. * Perform controls over processes and key indicators. * Prepare statistical reports and KPIs. * Analyze and report relevant operational information. * Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported indicators. * Prepare and present meetings with different stakeholders. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the control framework. **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * **0 to 2 years of experience** in Banking or Financial Operations. * Strong analytical and critical\-thinking skills. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Rigorous and detail\-oriented approach. * **Fluent English.** **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Financial Markets * Trading Operations * Middle Office Operations * Operational Risk * Transaction Controls * KPI Reporting * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft PowerPoint **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
