Orion is a strategic platform supporting the control and supervision of non\-financial risk. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a critical system within a collaborative, agile, and international environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **Java\-based backend services** * Contribute to the evolution and architecture of the Orion platform * Deliver core features and entity\-specific enhancements * Ensure high code quality through **unit testing, code reviews, and best practices** * Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions * Actively participate in **Agile ceremonies** (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) * Identify and implement technical improvements (performance, security, scalability) * Support deployments and contribute to **production stability** **Qualifications** * Strong experience with **Java (8\+)** * Proven experience with **Spring / Spring Boot** * Solid understanding of **RESTful API design** * Experience with relational databases (**Oracle, PostgreSQL**) * Familiarity with **Git and CI/CD pipelines** * Experience working in **Agile / Scrum environments** * Understanding of non\-functional requirements (**performance, security, scalability**) * **Nice to Have** * Experience in **banking or financial services** * Knowledge of **microservices architecture** * Experience with **Docker / Kubernetes** * Exposure to **event\-driven architectures or messaging systems** **Languages** * **Fluent English (mandatory)** **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work in **international and distributed teams** * Proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivery
