This could be the perfect challenge if you have: \- \+5 years of experience in technical coordination of custom projects, with strong leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams and experience operating in critical environments; \- Experience with Java, Oracle, Kubernetes, and SOA integration (REST/SOAP); \- Ability to define and validate architecture and ensure best development practices; \- Fluent English (mandatory); Note: Hybrid work model — 2 days per week in Lisbon.
