Regular mentoring and professional growth opportunities We are recruiting a **Fullstack Programmer** (m/f) to reinforce our team in Portugal, with the possibility of remote work. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field (preferred); * Minimum 5 years of software development experience with Java, .NET, Python or similar languages; * Minimum 3 years of experience developing with WebSphere, Informix and J2EE; * Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects using Agile methodologies (SCRUM or KANBAN); * Minimum 2 years of experience in system integrations and web service development for interoperability between information systems; * Minimum 2 years of experience with automated payment platforms, particularly Multibanco and DUC; * Minimum 2 years of experience with source code versioning systems. **What we offer:** * Flexible work arrangements (remote); * Structured mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative and internationally scaled projects; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday leave and referral bonus.
