The main responsibilities will be:  Carry out preventive and corrective industrial maintenance at the plant.  Repair breakdowns and inspect facilities, equipment, and production lines to detect failures, determine incidents, deviations and/or defects.  Analyze the root causes of equipment problems.  Fulfill tasks and deadlines established in the company’s Annual Maintenance Plan.  Keep preventive and corrective maintenance manuals and records, as well as documentation, catalogs, and required technical regulations, up to date.  Address needs according to priority order.  Complete documentation generated for each action (daily logs, notifications, replacement parts, etc.).  Supervise maintenance work on equipment and facilities performed by subcontracted companies.  Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace and of tools used.  Report any detected incident or risk to Management.  Propose actions to improve equipment and machinery.  Comply with Occupational Risk Prevention and Quality standards.
