This professional will be responsible for coordinating mechanical activities throughout the various phases of the project, from equipment selection to sea trials supervision, ensuring all mechanical systems and equipment operate correctly and within specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Participation in equipment selection** during the design phase, collaborating in the choice and specification of required equipment. * Monitoring **procurement and delivery** of equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements and established deadlines. * **Preparation of test procedures**, overseeing processes and actively participating in **FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests)**. * **Supervision of equipment installation**, alignments, tests and trials, ensuring correct installation and operation of mechanical systems. * Coordination of **specialized technicians' involvement**, ensuring internal and external teams meet defined technical and quality requirements. * **Preparation and execution of dock trials and sea trials**, ensuring all system performance tests are successfully completed. * **Continuous monitoring of alignments**, tests and trials, reporting results and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * **Responsibility for after-sales support and assistance**, ensuring all post-delivery maintenance and adjustment issues are properly addressed. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Machinery Engineering**, **Electromechanical Engineering**, **Automation** or related fields. * Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in **test coordination** and **mechanical equipment management** in naval or industrial projects. * Solid knowledge in **equipment assembly**, **alignments**, **testing** and **mechanical systems trials**. * Experience in the **procurement process** and follow-up of equipment delivery. **Desirable Skills:** * **Project management ability**, coordinating multidisciplinary activities and teams to ensure effective execution within established timelines. * **Experience with testing and trials in naval environments**, including dock trials and sea trials. * **Strong communication skills** and collaboration with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders. * Knowledge of **mechanical systems**, **equipment and technologies** used in naval projects. **Other Valued Qualities:** * **Resilience:** Ability to maintain focus and productivity in challenging situations. * **Proactivity:** Anticipation of problems and implementation of effective solutions. * **Availability:** Flexibility to adapt to project needs, including availability outside regular working hours. * **Strategic Vision:** Ability to understand the overall project landscape and make decisions aligned with company objectives. **Additional Information** * Opportunity to join an **innovative, large-scale project** in the naval sector; * Continuous professional development.
