Based in Porto, you will have the opportunity to work across markets, supporting store openings, visual implementations, and VM initiatives globally. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * Bring the Parfois brand to life in stores, ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity * Develop and execute product displays, optimizing space and customer experience * Implement store setups, changes, and window displays * Adapt VM guidelines to different store layouts and markets * Support store openings and VM implementations internationally * Monitor results and continuously improve visual impact and performance **WHO YOU ARE** * \+2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within fashion retail * Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail * Commercial mindset with focus on results * Adaptable, hands\-on, and comfortable in a fast\-paced environment * Great communication and teamwork skills * Available to travel internationally * Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) * Styling experience is a plus Apply now!
