We are looking for a salesperson for our Liberdade - Lisbon store. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for providing our customers with a differentiated sales experience, making them aware of the company's philosophy and culture, in order to boost effective sales and customer loyalty. * Achieve established individual sales and KPIs (conversion, UPT, average ticket) and comply with AD service quality standards. * Improve the acquisition of potential customers, thereby increasing conversion rates. -Convey the essence and qualities of the products we sell, providing technical and professional arguments in line with our values. * Assist customers in creating complete looks. * Guide and support customers throughout the entire sales process, including post-sales follow-up and customer retention. * Encourage customers to join the Experience loyalty club, explaining all the benefits they would receive as club members. * Act as an ambassador for the company, successfully converting potential customers into loyal customers. * Maintain proper visual presentation of products on displays, hangers, shelves, walls, windows, mannequins, drawers, and tables, as well as ensuring the store’s cleanliness. * Verify that merchandise is correctly labeled, secured with alarms, and properly arranged; keep the stockroom organized according to brand standards. * Collaborate in product transfers, orders, returns, and exchanges. * Perform cashier duties. * Maintain personal appearance and grooming in accordance with the company's style standards and uniform policy. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (12th grade) * Experience in fashion. * Minimum required experience of 1 year in luxury or semi-luxury brands. * Experience with Word and Excel. * English * Commercial indicator control and management.
