Administrative assistance related to the role **Location:** Maia \- Porto **Purpose:** Assist in organizing and managing air, maritime, and land transportation activities to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:*** Assist in import/export operational planning and transactional operations in the receiving area, including deliveries, planning, and shipment tracking; * Monitor shipments to ensure delivery to the end customer; * Monitor preparation, control, and distribution of required import documentation for counterparties such as carriers, consignees, suppliers, etc., complying with regulations and internal procedures; * Track and verify shipment status, identify potential issues to detect incidents, and provide solutions; * Provide customer service support in incident management; * Assist in performing administrative tasks related to the role. **Job Requirements:** Degree in Transportation, International Trade, Logistics, or equivalent. **Competencies:** User-level computer skills, especially intermediate Excel proficiency. **Languages:** English \- minimum level B2
