If you are pragmatic, passionate, and ready to take the next step in your fashion career, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! **THE CHALLENGE** As Buying Controller within the Buying \& Design department, you will hold a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision\-making, grounded in a solid foundation of numerical analysis. You will be responsible for managing and interpreting buying control data, monitoring each stage of the product lifecycle, and providing key insights to ensure the achievement of the company’s profitability and growth objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and oversee budget proposals, ensuring a balanced product mix in terms of price, color, item type, development calendar, and store capacity. * Support the definition of the collection structure from a numerical and strategic perspective, ensuring full alignment with the company’s objectives * Plan purchasing timelines, taking into account production, development, and transportation schedules to prevent delays. * Assist Buyers in defining quantities per reference and supervise the execution to ensure strategic compliance, maximizing sales and minimizing excess stock. **PROFILE** * Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion retail industry. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory). * Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. * A strong interest in the fashion and retail industries.
