ANEXXA®, a company specializing in Human Resources solutions, is recruiting: **SITE MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN (m/f) \- Alenquer, Lisbon.** Responsibilities: * Detailed and customized project analysis; * Preparation of construction plans and specifications; * Contacting potential clients and other organizations to present the company and assess business opportunities; * General construction budgeting; * Assessing client requirements; * Preparing commercial proposals and supporting the negotiation process; * Monitoring client satisfaction; * Market analysis; * Monitoring, coordinating, and integrating engineering projects; * Estimating project costs and financial control; * Managing subcontractor tender processes; * Developing the material procurement plan; * Preparing and monitoring schedules; * Coordinating site meetings; * Quality control of work; * Preparing provisional and final acceptance reports; * Post\-sales support; * Other duties inherent to the role. Profile: * Fluency in Spanish (preferred); * Professional experience (5 to 10 years); * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Availability for frequent travel within Portugal and abroad; * High sense of responsibility and motivation; * Adaptability and strong communication skills; * Valid driver’s license; * Flexible working hours; * Ability to commute to the company’s headquarters in Alenquer/Casais Novos.
