We are recruiting a dynamic and organized Store Operator for a company with expertise in sports equipment retail. * Customer service; * Cash register operation (financial transactions, payments, invoice and receipt issuance, etc.); * Inventory control; * Stock replenishment; * Handling phone calls; * Processing online sales. Requirements/Qualifications: * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications from an end-user perspective, particularly Word and Excel; * Friendly, patient, and possessing strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers. * Organizational ability and methodical work approach; * Pride in maintaining a tidy store and well-organized products to enhance the shopping experience. * Solid understanding of the sports products available in-store to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. * Persuasive ability to encourage customer purchases and effectively address objections. * Responsibility and proactivity; * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 13:00–20:00, and Saturdays, 09:00–13:00.
