We are **recognized for our entrepreneurial approach**, **our innovative mindset**, and **our commitment to responsible digital practices.** With over **1,700 employees**, mc2i has preserved a **friendly atmosphere and close relationships with its staff.** **For over 20 years, we have achieved double-digit growth — a testament to the excellence of our services.** To sustain this momentum, we are seeking new talent, recruited exclusively based on profile, who will help shape the future alongside us 🚀. **Job Description:** -------------------------- **Facilitation and Performance** * Facilitate Agile rituals. * Protect the team from external disruptions to ensure total focus on Sprint goals. * Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization by integrating specific business challenges. **Transformation and Acculturation** * Promote Agile culture and mindset among all stakeholders. * Implement relevant tracking indicators (Velocity, Capacity, Time\-to\-Market) and ensure reporting to steering committees. **Your Profile:** ------------------ * **Education:** Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or holding a Master 2 degree specialized in IT Systems or cloud/infrastructure environments. * **Experience:** You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Prior knowledge of IT products (e.g., Intune, Active Directory, Azure, networking, Microsoft 365 environment, virtualization) is a major asset. * **Agile Skills:** You have mastered Scrum and Kanban. A certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe) is highly desirable. * **Languages:** You speak fluent French and English. **Soft Skills:** You demonstrate an excellent ability to adapt to complex business environments. Your natural leadership allows you to unite multidisciplinary teams (developers, managed service providers, teams in charge of hosting offers or desktop environments, etc.).
