As a **Java Integration Leader**, you will be responsible for ensuring application excellence and technical leadership within our IT Finance ecosystem. Build side: * Participate in the technical design and follow‑up of application developments * Contribute to functional and technical specifications aligned with internal architecture guidelines * Be a key contributor in preventive maintenance and in the definition of application solutions * Collaborate with integrators, production teams and other squads * Produce high‑value technical documentation Run side: * Monitor and coordinate the resolution of production incidents * Validate deliverables from development partners * Manage production anomalies and ensure non‑production environment availability * Provide technical support to integrators and production operators * Monitor project phases and actively participate in agile ceremonies **This is your background** You have **4\+ years of experience in Java/Spring development** within demanding IT environments.
