Why you make a difference At Primark, we like to do things our way—and that’s how we continue to grow and open new stores worldwide. We offer our customers current fashion at affordable prices, doing so with passion, closeness, and commitment. If you identify with these principles, join Primark as a Department Manager. Because you have the talent to lead teams and maximize results, this is your opportunity to make a real impact as a Department Manager. **Why you matter** People are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s essential we provide you with the right environment to bring out your best. That’s why we offer you a range of benefits that put you first: * Opportunities for professional development nationally and internationally within a company undergoing continuous expansion. * Our schedules consist of 5 working days per week with continuous shifts. * Continuous training across various areas. * Possibility of support for new store openings in different locations. * Employee discount to purchase products from our fabulous collections. **What will your responsibilities be?** As a Department Manager, you’ll lead a store department with the goal of maximizing sales and delivering an excellent shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of people visiting the store. In addition, you’ll coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills, while maintaining their motivation and commitment. You’ll collaborate with the rest of the management team to foster a safe, organized, and efficient workplace—resolving issues or problems and ensuring compliance with company policies. **What kind of person are we looking for?** We’re looking for someone with leadership skills who inspires and guides their team toward high performance, encouraging collaboration and learning. We value clear commercial awareness and analytical ability to make strategic decisions and optimize departmental resources. Resilience is essential—you must be able to manage challenges effectively, and possess strong communication and empathy skills to build solid relationships. Prior retail experience is also required, ideally in high-volume environments, leading teams and achieving targets. If you’re seeking growth within a dynamic company, this role is for you. As a company in full expansion, our needs are spread across the country, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to a variety of business units to enhance their professional progression. Therefore, geographical flexibility will be an indispensable requirement for your development if you join the company. If you join Primark as a Department Manager, we’ll positively consider completion of studies related to commercial management, administration, sales, etc. A good level of English is important, and knowledge of other languages—including sign language—will also be valued. Please don’t forget to let us know, as this helps us deliver outstanding service. Apply today to join our team! Primark promotes equal employment opportunities. Just like our fashion, our culture adapts to each individual. We strive to create an inclusive workplace where people can be themselves, access opportunities, and grow together. **Internal posting end date: 19/12/2025**
