Through this experience, we want you to become an integral part of our team, contributing to solutions that make a difference. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Contribution to Real Projects:** Opportunity to collaborate with and support professionals from one of our Service Lines (Assurance, Consulting, Tax, and EY\-Parthenon), helping shape strategies that drive our clients’ success. * **Collaboration and Innovation:** Participate in internal meetings where your ideas are heard and valued. Together, we’ll tackle complex challenges and create innovative solutions. * **Analysis and Research:** Use your analytical skills to conduct research and data analysis. * **Report Preparation:** Contribute to preparing reports and presentations that deliver valuable results and insights to our clients and stakeholders. * **Professional and Personal Development:** Participate in trainings that develop your technical and interpersonal skills, preparing you for a future professional career. **What We’re Looking For:** * First- or second-year undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration, Law, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or related fields. * A strong desire to learn in a consulting environment. * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
