Currently, we are recruiting for our company **ENGIE Energy Solutions**, a **PV Performance Engineer**, based in **Lisbon**. **Join us and embark on the adventure of the century!** **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure validation of initial simulations and continuous monitoring of PV plants; * Support commissioning and equipment configuration; * Diagnose anomalies reported by O&M; * Perform data analysis, propose technical solutions (hardware, software, parameterization), and act to resolve technical issues; * Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvement actions; * Collaborate with the Engineering team on electrical project development. **Profile** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Energy Engineering, or Environmental Engineering; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in O&M of PV systems or similar; * Experience working with PV systems and PV O&M, as well as monitoring, analysis and processing of data, and performance analysis of power generation systems; * English language proficiency; * Familiarity with PVSyst, FusionSolar, AutoCAD, and Excel. **What We Offer** * Integration into a multinational energy industry leader; * Tailored training, development, and mentoring programs aligned with each stage of your career; * Health and wellbeing programs; * Participation in diverse projects alongside experienced and dynamic teams.
