Job Summary: We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to provide pre-sales consulting, design electronic security solutions, and support business development with a renowned client. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating on commercial and technical proposals and identifying clients **Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Pre-Sales Engineer**, in collaboration with a renowned client located in **Porto**. **Your responsibilities, within the engineering services sector**: * Provide pre-sales consulting and technical advice, acting as an expert in client presentations to support business development * Design solutions for electronic security systems * Respond to national and international RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs * Help identify potential clients and collaborate on prospecting in the company's target markets * Prepare technical schematics and create BOMs for proposals * Collaborate in drafting commercial and technical proposals * Work with technical teams to ensure contracted project specifications are delivered on time and as agreed * Implement proof-of-concept demonstrations * Conduct client demonstrations * *Handover* of won projects to implementation teams * Develop relationships with potential clients while maintaining existing client relationships * Identify client needs to create winning contract strategies and proposals, following our sales process **Are you the right candidate?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering solutions and internal/external customer support * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers * Experience designing solutions for electronic security systems * Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field * Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is highly valued **What we offer:** * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience * Direct contract with our client * Base salary + allowances + SA (€10.20) + Health insurance * Working hours: 09:00–18:00 * Hybrid work arrangement Nortempo – Temporary Work Agency, Lda.
