Responsibilities: * Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and architectures across the organization. * Develop strategies for user provisioning, identity governance, and privileged access management. * Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate applications and systems with IAM solutions. * Ensure IAM systems comply with IT security standards and applicable regulations. * Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices. * Conduct IAM training and awareness programs for employees. Essential skills: * Proven experience as an IAM Architect or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID. * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM\-related services. * Knowledge of industry compliance and security standards, including NIST CSF, NIST SP800\-53, QNRCS, NIS 2\.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT\&CK, and ISO 27000 series. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms. * Demonstrated leadership ability to support decisions with research, evaluate options, and provide clear recommendations. * Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels simultaneously.
