As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this legacy of excellence, working alongside professionals passionate about what they do. **The selected candidate will join OTIIMA’s Estimating Department.** **If you join us, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:** * Analysis, study, and interpretation of project documentation * Measurement of architectural drawings * Price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors * Cost analysis and estimation of direct and indirect costs * Preparation of tenders and client quotations * Preparation of metalwork quotations * Support to the Commercial Department, including monitoring revisions to the initial proposal and supporting negotiations until award * Support to the Project Management Department in preparing additional estimates during construction phase * Process management, planning, and organization **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, or a Professional Technical Course in Estimating * Interest in construction and architecture * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles * Experience in the aluminum window industry * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (2D; CAD) * Analytical ability for cost optimization * Knowledge of technical drawing (AutoCAD) * Technical knowledge in the glass and metalwork sector (preferred) * Intermediate language proficiency: English and French (primarily written) * Proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel) * Analytical and meticulous profile * Proactivity, critical thinking, and willingness to grow * Ability to work collaboratively in highly dynamic environments **We distinguish ourselves by seeking solutions aimed at well-being and happiness at work.
