**Responsibilities**
---------------------
* Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across various stations to ensure all stations have the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operating and presentation condition;
* Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by group, optimizing space and time during vehicle delivery to customers;
* Arrange and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer documents, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of scheduled relocations;
* Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-checking against existing computerized records;
* Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle delivery; assess the vehicle’s condition; request towing; forward to the workshop; verify mileage and fuel level; issue refueling instructions if needed;
* Activate, on the platform, the indication of vehicles ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position vehicles at the appropriate location in the parking lot;
* Ensure vehicles carry all required documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies;
* Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining vehicle-specific features and clarifying questions as needed;
* Perform vehicle check-in upon customer return, verifying and recording any damages;
* Record Sixt fuel receipts on the platform for cost control;
* Monthly analyze the fuel report, cross-check data with entries made to detect and correct errors;
* Monthly submit information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory control;
* Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled vehicle inspections, rendering them unavailable for rental, and notify subcontracted staff to forward vehicles to the workshop;
* Perform other tasks, not previously specified, necessary to achieve objectives and ensure Sixt’s smooth operation.
**Profile**

* Minimum mandatory education (12th grade);
* Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge;
* English language proficiency;
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Category B driver’s license.
