Continuously improve reporting solutions and optimize performance **Main Tasks** * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions that deliver actionable business insights. * Create intuitive, user\-friendly, and visually compelling dashboards aligned with business and front\-office requirements. * Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, sales teams, and traders to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across multiple sources. * Work with large\-scale datasets, performing data cleansing, transformation, and query optimization to ensure high performance and reliability. * Participate in the industrialization of data feeds, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing processes. * Translate business needs into scalable analytical and visualization solutions. * Support stakeholders by providing data\-driven insights and tailored reporting solutions to meet strategic objectives. * Conduct knowledge\-sharing sessions and provide user support to maximize dashboard adoption and efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau reports, dashboards, and underlying data processes. * Continuously improve existing reporting solutions by optimizing performance, usability, and automation. * Maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, data models, ETL processes, and reporting workflows. * Stay up to date with Tableau best practices, emerging BI technologies, and data visualization trends. **Your Profile \& SkillsTechnical Skills** * Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. * 2\+ years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer, BI Developer, or in a similar data\-focused role. * Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. * Advanced SQL knowledge with hands\-on experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. * Professional experience with Python, particularly using Pandas for data processing and analysis. * Solid understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and data pipeline optimization. * Experience in query performance tuning, efficient data processing, and memory management best practices. * Hands\-on experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering environments. * Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins. * Interest or knowledge in financial markets is considered a strong plus. **Soft Skills** * Passion for solving programming and data\-related challenges. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving mindset. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and business\-oriented manner. * Proactive, adaptable, and continuously driven to improve processes through automation and optimization. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Team player with the ability to work in agile and fast\-paced environments. **Languages** * English – Professional/Fluent level Pagamento: 20 000,00€ \- 31 000,00€ por ano Localização do trabalho: Trabalho remoto híbrido em Porto
