We’re looking for Continuous Improvement (CI) Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate a global portfolio of strategic projects that drive operational excellence and transformation across our multinational organization. As a key player in our global CI network, you’ll work with method specialists and cross\-functional teams worldwide to deliver measurable business impact through process excellence and innovation. **What You’ll Do:** * Lead and coordinate CI and strategic improvement projects across global sites; * Work closely with method specialists to ensure proper application of CI tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile); * Drive identification, prioritization, and execution of improvement opportunities; * Support global teams, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement; * Track project progress and report results to the responsible of the area; * Travel regularly to our hubs and facilities to engage teams and ensure alignment. **What You’ll Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred); * Proven experience managing CI, Lean, or Six Sigma programs in a multinational environment; * Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred; * Fluent English: other languages are a plus; * Travel Required: Yes (across hubs \& facilities). **We offer** Integration in a reference group with a position of great responsibility and autonomy.
