Location: Alcabideche (Cascais) Remuneration: €1,149.50 (Level 6 – Bachelor’s Degree) Candidate Profile • Education in Management, Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields; • Analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; • Proficiency in digital tools and interest in process management and business organization. +Talento (IEFP) Requirements • Unemployed young people registered with IEFP or returning emigrants who have been back for more than 12 months; • Up to 35 years of age; • Qualification at Level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework (Bachelor’s Degree); Activities to be Carried Out • Support the team in analyzing organizational systems and collecting data; • Participate in identifying problems and proposing solutions; • Assist in implementing and monitoring strategic changes; • Collaborate in developing strategic proposals and recommendations.
