We seek a responsible, dynamic, and customer-oriented individual capable of delivering an excellent experience to our guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Guest reception and assistance (check\-in and check\-out) * Reservation management and administrative support * Provision of tourist information and general guest assistance * Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment * Resolving issues and supporting complaint management **Mandatory Requirements:** * Fluency in **Portuguese and English** * Experience in **customer service** * **Experience in hotel/hostel front desk operations** * Good user-level computer skills * Punctuality and attendance reliability * Strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **hospitality systems / reservation management systems** * Knowledge of **other languages** * An **empathetic, patient, and stress-resilient** individual * Ability to interact with **people from diverse cultures and backgrounds** * Team spirit and positive attitude **We Offer:** * Integration into a young and multicultural team * Dynamic work environment * Terms to be defined according to demonstrated experience \*Submit CV with updated photo\* Employment Type: Full\-time Experience: * reception: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: On\-site
