The Prumo Corporate Group is a growing restaurant group, with multiple brands and over 400 employees. We are undergoing a technological evolution process, implementing a corporate ERP and various management systems supported by AI in the Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations areas. The group is seeking a Director of Information Systems and Digital Transformation to ensure integration, reliability, and strategic development of its technological solutions. Job Mission Ensure technology supports the group's strategy by integrating systems, guaranteeing data quality, and transforming information into decisions and operational efficiency. Lead the group's digital transformation, promoting integrated, secure, and results-oriented management. Main Responsibilities Strategy and Systems Management Define and implement the group’s technological strategy aligned with business objectives. Complete and optimize the ERP implementation, ensuring integration with POS, HR, Procurement, Maintenance, and other software systems. Ensure system interoperability and information consistency across the organization. Supervise the technological architecture, information security, and GDPR compliance. Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization. Data and Reporting Support the control and analytics department in creating management dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tool). Ensure reliability and up-to-date operational and financial data. Support management in decision-making among available technological tools, aligning the budgetary plan with the strategic technology and systems plan.
