Management and optimization of production Kubernetes clusters We are seeking a **DevOps Engineer** to join our Operations team, with a focus on managing modern infrastructure, automation, and continuous improvement of distributed systems. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments; · Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines; · Work with GitOps practices (ArgoCD); · Ensure system observability (metrics, logs, and tracing); · Automate processes using tools such as Ansible; · Diagnose and resolve issues in distributed architectures; · Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve solutions. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; · Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** · Production experience with Kubernetes; · Experience with Docker (containerization); · Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps or equivalent); · Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD); · Experience with observability tools: * Prometheus (metrics) * Grafana (visualization) * Loki (logs) * Tempo (tracing) · Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible or equivalent); · Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** · CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification; · Experience with Azure Cloud; · Experience with distributed architectures / microservices; · Fluency in English (spoken and written); · Autonomy, critical thinking, and proactivity; · Strong ability to solve complex problems; · Good communication and collaboration with technical teams; · Focus on continuous improvement. **WHAT WE OFFER:** · Stable and competitive employment contract; · Hybrid work arrangement; · Opportunity to work on innovative projects; · Collaborative work environment focused on continuous development and professional growth.
