




#### **About the Senior Geologist Qualified Person (QP) - TSX/ASX/SEC Position** **Job Description** A mining sector company is seeking a qualified Senior Geologist to serve as a Qualified Person (QP), with proven experience in auditable projects and compliance with international stock exchanges (TSX/NI 43-101 and/or JORC/ASX and/or SEC). The professional will be responsible for conducting technical evaluations of mineral projects, including resource and reserve certification, in accordance with international standards and guidelines, as well as supporting independent audits. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and execute technical evaluations of mining projects, ensuring strict compliance with requirements from the Toronto Stock Exchange (NI 43-101) and/or Australia (JORC Code); * Serve as Qualified Person (QP), responsible for signing technical reports submitted to stock exchanges (NI 43-101) and/or (JORC Code); * Monitor/lead field campaigns, supervising sample collection and control (soil, rock, drill core), and use of field tools (GPS, compass, portable XRF, tablets, etc.); * Ensure data integrity and traceability from field collection through database integration; * Develop and review 2D/3D geological models using software such as Leapfrog, Micromine, Datamine, Surpac, Vulcan, or equivalent; * Supervise and guide teams on QAQC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) procedures, laboratory data validation, and result integration; * Prepare and/or review mineral resource and reserve estimates according to international standards; * Participate in independent audits, providing technical documentation and clarifying methodologies; * Draft auditable technical reports in English, following international standards (NI 43-101, JORC, etc.); * Support due diligence processes, independent assessments, and strategic decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Geology; Master's degree desirable * Proven experience as a Qualified Person (QP) in auditable projects under TSX (NI 43-101) and/or ASX (JORC); * Solid fieldwork experience, data collection, and team leadership; * Proficiency with field data collection tools and equipment (GPS, compass, geological hammer, portable XRF, tablets, etc.); * Advanced knowledge of exploration software, geological modeling, and mineral resource estimation (Leapfrog, Micromine, Datamine, Surpac, Vulcan, Mapinfo/ArcGIS, etc.); * Experience preparing technical reports and internationally auditable resource and reserve certifications; * Advanced English (written and spoken); * Availability for national and international travel. * Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in due diligence and international multi-commodity projects; * Postgraduate education, technical certifications, or membership in international geological associations.
