Job Summary: We are looking for a professional with a 360-degree view of digital marketing to coordinate online operations and drive growth of the digital business. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional with a 360-degree view of digital marketing, capable of assuming coordination of the company’s digital operations and supporting growth of the online channel. We are not seeking a social media manager. We seek someone who can think holistically about the digital business. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the online store operations and ensure its continuous evolution. * Manage and update content, products, and campaigns on the website. * Identify opportunities to optimize user experience and conversion rate. * Collaborate closely with external partners in development, marketing, and technology. * Implement and monitor automations, CRM, and chatbots. * Analyze performance metrics and propose continuous improvements. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity and optimize processes. * Actively contribute ideas to grow the digital business. **We Are Looking For Someone With** * Experience in e\-commerce or digital marketing. * Knowledge of online store management platforms. * Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple partners simultaneously. * Proficiency in data analysis and results orientation. * Critical thinking, autonomy, and decision-making ability. * Knowledge of automation, CRM, and Artificial Intelligence. **We Value** * Higher education (Level V or above) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E\-commerce, or Communications. * Experience in SEO, CRO, Google Analytics, or automation platforms. **We Offer** * Base salary: between €1,100 and €1,200 plus meal allowance. * Solid and growing project. * High autonomy and responsibility. * Direct participation in the company's digital strategy. * On-site work in Baixa do Porto.
