With the aim of continuing our growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Team Leader (m/f). **In your daily responsibilities, you will perform tasks such as:*** Ensuring compliance with the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Using key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making that enhances sales and ensures implementation of necessary actions; * Supporting store management regarding visual standards, team performance, and commercial objectives; * Guaranteeing proper onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Promoting team members' development. **What we value:*** Secondary education or Bachelor's degree; * Over 1 year of experience in similar roles; * Computer literacy at user level; * Experience in sales and KPI analysis; * Leadership and team management skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; * Availability to work flexible hours.
