In this key role, the Front Desk Night Auditor will be responsible for welcoming passengers, performing various registrations and providing information during the night period. In addition, they will play a crucial role in verifying and posting invoices and ensuring compliance with daily operational procedures. As a Front Desk Night Auditor, your responsibilities will include: * Welcoming passengers during the night period, providing a warm and professional environment; * Performing necessary registrations, ensuring accuracy of information and resolving any guest questions or concerns during the night; * Verifying and posting invoices, ensuring all records are correct and complying with established financial procedures; * Ensuring compliance with daily operational procedures, identifying and correcting any deviations or issues; * Providing detailed information about the cruise itinerary, onboard services, events and activities available during the night period; * Collaborating with other departments to ensure continuity of service during the night, including maintaining a safe environment for passengers; * Ensuring high-quality service throughout the night, being available to answer questions and resolve guest issues; * Contributing to inventory management when necessary to ensure resources are available according to operational needs during the night; * Keeping information systems updated, ensuring accuracy of records during the night shift. **Qualifications** ================= The ideal candidate for the Front Desk Night Auditor position must meet the following requirements: * Proven professional experience in cruises and/or 4\* or 5\* hospitality; * Fluency in English and German and/or French (mandatory requirement), ensuring effective communication with international guests; * Immediate availability to embark on the Douro River during the cruise season; * Computer skills applied to hotel reception, with emphasis on using systems such as Newhotel, New Stock and New P.O.S (preferred); * Knowledge of inventory management (preferred); * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for delivering efficient front desk service; * Availability for night shifts, ensuring operation and verification during the night. **Additional Information** ======================== This is an excellent opportunity to perform an essential role aboard cruise ships, in a unique environment interacting with tourists from around the world during the night period.
